Rathkeevin ICA Guild is a guild of 30 members. Our guild was founded in 1955 and we have maintained a steady membership since. We are a very active guild, taking part in all activities both at Federation and National Level. Our meetings are held on 3rd Wednesday of the month and we meet every other Wednesday for various crafts, games or chat. We are blessed with some very talented craft ladies who are only too delighted to share their skills. We have interesting guest speakers every month covering a wide variety of topics. Parties are a regular event in our Guild. Members attend An Grianán every Autumn, there we participate in a chosen course for the week, its a week of fun and self-indulgents, once sampled always revisited. We take a mid-week break to Glen Eagle Hotel, Killarney every March this is always well supported. We participate in Go for Life programmes. These are only a few examples of our guild activities. Yes! of course, we finish our meetings with a cup of tea and tasties. You will find friendship, fellowship, support and fun when you visit or join our Guild. ICA is a non-denominational organisation.
You are welcome to drop in and feel the warm homely atmosphere for yourself, without obligation.
There is an annual fee of €50 and €5 towards Hall and we pay €2 each night we attend to help to defray catering expenses.
